Education and Training All Royal Fumigation technicians must be certified and must maintain their certification. Royal Fumigation also implements stewardship programs for all fumigants that are used, with training programs facilitated by manufacturers' representatives who address the chemistry, handling, use, and transportation of their products. Further, Department of Transportation hazardous materials training is standard for those who transport fumigants, as is OSHA training for Royal professionals in the field.
